Qualifications

• Knowledge of drywall and metal stud framing techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities in a field supervision role.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification (company provides).
• Must provide personal hand tools; power/tools provided by company.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct startup meetings with project leadership to review labor needs and scope.
• Facilitate daily huddles and toolbox talks to set goals and assign tasks.
• Monitor team performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage crew scheduling and communicate labor needs in advance.
• Record and track labor hours and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate material and equipment orders and inventory with the office.
• Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
