Heidelberg Materials is seeking a field supervisor to lead daily stabilized sand production and oversee site operations in Magnolia, AL. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a team of plant personnel and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, inventory, and equipment performance, ensuring policy compliance and environmental safety, and driving continuous improvement with operations, maintenance, and dispatch teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily stabilized sand production and site operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Work Environment

• May be required to walk, stand, climb, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support operational requirements.
• Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
