Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor III to lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and operational goals are achieved across the plant.

You will monitor plant performance, implement improvements to boost productivity, coach and develop team members, and partner with maintenance and leadership to resolve issues and hit production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $77,180 to $102,900 annually plus bonus incentive eligibility
