Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a leadership role in aggregates operations to oversee daily production and maintenance, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

You will train and mentor production staff, monitor inventory with supply chain, and analyze data to drive improvements across quarry, plant, and logistics. This hands-on role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily the production / maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
