Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead daily stabilized sand production and site operations. You will oversee plant personnel, align schedules with demand, and drive safety and quality across outdoor production environments.

Lead daily stabilized sand production and site operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Supervise and support plant personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment performance to meet customer demands.
Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and dispatch teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and achieve operational objectives.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Ability to manage production activities, coordinate resources, and adapt to changing business needs.
Primarily works in an outdoor production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Frequently interacts with heavy equipment, mobile equipment, and industrial production processes.
May be required to walk, stand, climb, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support operational requirements.
Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
Hourly $26-$28/hr
