Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operational Business Analyst (Site Finance) to support financial and operational analysis across the site. You will audit vendor payables, run hourly activity reporting, and provide analytical support to managers and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong analytical/problem-solving skills, independent work habits, and collaboration with Operations, HR, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business or equivalent (2 years) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business preferred.
• Some knowledge of Finance or accounting preferred.
• Logistics industry experience preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge; P&L and balance sheet.

Responsibilities

• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and obtain approvals before payment.
• Execute daily customer/vendor contract requirements and identify accessorial activity.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR on a daily basis.
• Support Kronos application setup for hourly activity reporting.
• Provide analytical support to managers and supervisors as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Commercial Finance departments.
