Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business or equivalent 2 years experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business preferred.
• Some knowledge of Finance or accounting preferred.
• Logistics industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and approvals before payment.
• Execute daily customer/vendor contract requirements and document accessorial activity.
• Support Operations and HR daily; provide assistance as needed.
• Provide Kronos application support and hourly activity reporting setup.
• Provide analytical support to managers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Commercial Finance departments.
• Prepare month-end close accrual and reclass journal entries.
• Assist with accounts receivable, revenue reporting and accounts payable processing.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders to expense recognition.
• Prepare labor analysis reports for operations productivity.
• Collect performance measurements per site requirements.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations.
