DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operational Business Analyst (Site Finance) to support financial and operating activities nationwide. The role emphasizes vendor payables auditing, hourly activity reporting, and providing analytical support to management across multiple departments.

The position requires strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel willingness is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business or equivalent, 2 years experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business preferred.
• Some knowledge of Finance or accounting preferred.
• Logistics industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge; P&L and balance sheet.

Responsibilities

• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and ensure approvals prior to payment.
• Execute daily customer/vendor contract requirements and identify accessorial activity with documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR on a daily basis.
• Provide Kronos support and hourly activity reporting accuracy.
• Provide analytical support to managers and supervisors as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Commercial Finance departments.
