Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operational Business Analyst (Site Finance) to drive financial and operational analysis across the site. You will support demand/volume planning, warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, and vendor payables audits, delivering accurate hourly activity reporting and management insights.

This role requires a problem solver with strong analytical skills, independent work style, and ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or equivalent 2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, preferred.
• Some knowledge of Finance or accounting, preferred.
• Logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles; P&L and balance sheet.
• Effective communication, verbal & written.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and obtain approvals prior to payment.
• Execute daily customer/vendor contract requirements and identify accessorial activity.
• Provide analytical support to managers and supervisors as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly labor analysis reports for operations productivity.
• Reconcile balance sheets and perform month-end close activities.
• Assist with accounts receivable, revenue reporting, and accounts payable processing.
