DHL Supply Chain is looking for an Operational Business Analyst (Site Finance) to join our team in the United States. This role focuses on financial and operational analysis across site activities, including demand planning, warehouse productivity, and payroll reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business or equivalent 2 years work experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business preferred.
• Some knowledge of Finance or accounting preferred.
• Logistics industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and ensure approvals prior to payment.
• Execute daily customer/vendor contract requirements and identify accessorial activity and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR on a daily basis to provide support.
• Provide Kronos setup support for accurate hourly activity reporting.
• Interact with managers and supervisors to provide analytical support as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Commercial Finance departments on financial processes.
• Prepare month-end close accruals and reclass journal entries.
• Assist with accounts receivable processing, collections, and revenue reporting.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders to support expense recognition.
• Prepare daily and weekly labor analysis reports for productivity.
