Job summary

Polymer Concepts Technologies, Inc. seeks a Factory Controller to partner with site leadership and drive financial planning, analysis, and performance management for the Elgin facility. You will oversee P&L, cost control, and working capital, delivering insights and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

The role supervises onsite finance staff and collaborates with ROW operations to ensure consistency with corporate standards and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and commercial operations environments.
• Prior supervisory experience of accounting or finance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance lead for Elgin facility across manufacturing and commercial ops.
• Monitor and drive performance across P&L, revenue, cost and profitability metrics.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes.
