Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams and services.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and supply chain partners.
• Strong background in entertainment or similar fast-paced industry with understanding of complex business operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for facility-related matters and client stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a diverse FM team and supply chain partners; foster learning and innovation.
• Drive improvements to enhance workplace experience and meet client expectations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage operating and capital budgets for hard and soft services; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for quality service; negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and QBRs; escalate urgent issues as needed.
