Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead and deliver complex facility projects at client sites. You will manage scope, timeline, budgets and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

The role requires experience with drawings, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate vendors and subcontractors while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple facilities projects from conception through completion.
• Coordinate across vendors, contractors and internal teams to drive projects.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects and track progress.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, invoices and due diligence files.
• Ensure compliance with JLL policies and procedures and client objectives.
