Caliber Car Wash is seeking a Site Experience Attendant in Fort Walton Beach. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, promote Limitless Wash Club memberships, and support tunnel, lot, and engagement duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.
• Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a friendly, enthusiastic approach and promote wash packages and memberships.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent service.
• Rotate through customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot duties as needed.
• Support safe, smooth tunnel operations and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming site and assist with vehicle/lot duties.
• Participate in training and contribute to a team-first culture.
• Uphold safety policies and protect company assets.
