Caliber Car Wash is seeking a Site Experience Attendant in Flagler Beach, FL. The role combines customer service, memberships, tunnel operations, and site maintenance to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

As a Site Experience Attendant, you will rotate across areas, support business needs, and participate in the membership commission program, helping grow Caliber's Limitless Wash Club while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.
• Comfortable promoting memberships and services.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to cross-train across operations.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate customers on wash packages and memberships; promote promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
