Caliber Car Wash is seeking a Site Experience Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service and support multiple operational areas. You will guide customers through wash options, promote Limitless Wash Club memberships, and process transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate customers on wash packages, Limitless Wash Club memberships, and promotions.
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service.
• Consistently contribute to membership growth goals.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout each shift.
• Rotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot responsibilities throughout the day.
• Adapt to changing business needs and staffing priorities.
• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
