Job summary

Caliber Car Wash in Ocala, FL is seeking a Site Experience Attendant to deliver an exceptional customer experience during every car wash visit, while promoting Limitless Wash Club memberships and handling sales. The role combines customer service, sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance for a flexible daily flow.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills, with a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.
• Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate customers on wash packages, Limitless Wash Club memberships, and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout each shift.
• Rotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot responsibilities throughout the day.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
