Caliber Car Wash is hiring at Wilmington, NC for a Site Experience Attendant. This role blends customer service, sales of Limitless Wash Club memberships, tunnel operations, and site maintenance to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Site Experience Attendants rotate across duties, supporting business needs and developing a broad skill set. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.
• Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate customers on wash packages, Limitless Wash Club memberships, and promotions.
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service.
• Consistently contribute to membership growth goals.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout each shift.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and monitor operations.
• Assist with vacuuming, parking, and site cleanliness.
• Rotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot duties.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
