Job summary

Caliber Car Wash in Indian Harbour Beach, FL is seeking a Part-Time Site Experience Attendant to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the car wash visit. The role blends customer service, sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance to support daily needs and promote the club memberships.

You rotate between engagement, sales, operations, and lot duties, learn multiple functions through cross-training, and help meet membership growth goals while upholding safety and Caliber’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.
• Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate customers on wash packages, Limitless Wash Club memberships, and promotions.
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service.
• Consistently contribute to membership growth goals.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout each shift.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Monitor tunnel operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized site and assist customers in vacuums and parking areas.
• Rotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot responsibilities throughout the day.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
