Flik Hospitality Group in Gaithersburg, MD, seeks a Manager, Site Events & Activations to lead planning, management, and execution of employee-facing events for an assigned client account across multiple sites. This role combines program management with a hospitality mindset to deliver welcoming, high-quality experiences.

You will shape and deliver an annual calendar of events, partner with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, and monitor participation and feedback to raise service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary if candidate has related conference services experience.
• Have at least five years hotel or conference center experience.
• Abreast of industry trends.
• Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business.
• Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.

Responsibilities
