Compass Group USA, the Flik Hospitality division, seeks a Manager, Site Events & Activations to lead planning, management and execution of employee-facing events for an assigned client account across sites. This role drives an annual calendar aligned with client priorities and employee experience goals, delivering hospitality-driven experiences that engage attendees.

The position emphasizes a hospitality mindset and high standards of customer service, working with client stakeholders, vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary if candidate has related conference services experience.
• Have a least five years hotel or conference center experience.
• Abreast of industry trends.
• Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills.
• Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management and execution of a defined suite of employee-facing events across one or more sites.
• Propose and deliver an annual calendar of events aligned with client priorities and employee experience goals.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal account leaders, vendors and other service providers to ensure a consistent service experience.
• Develop and improve the annual events calendar and monitor participation and feedback.
