Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Sr Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead site maintenance and reliability teams at our manufacturing site. You will drive asset reliability improvements, manage the CMMS and EMS systems, and guide predictive, preventive, and demand maintenance activities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, supervise a large team of frontline leaders, and ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and regulatory requirements while delivering cost-effective maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 10+ years of maintenance/reliability experience; 15+ years without degree acceptable.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and budget responsibility.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day technical personnel and provides leadership for the organization.
• Represents the organization to internal and external customers with high service levels.
• Drives performance improvements to support manufacturing operations.
• Develops KPI reports and tracks data to drive improvements.
• Performs root cause analysis on major equipment failures and analyzes asset data.
• Collaborates with Engineering on maintenance plans and reliability specs.
• Ensures compliance with EHS, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
