Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• At least 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Develops and leads the Progressive Maintenance / Equipment Reliability plan for electrical/mechanical, control and utilities systems.
• Provides technical assistance in purchasing and maintenance of equipment.
• Develops a competent West Plant Maintenance Department workforce and supports Production Department.
• Monitors budgets and optimizes labor and materials to improve department effectiveness.
• Plans long-term strategies for expense and capital initiatives related to maintenance and plant operation.
