Job summary

BlackRock Resources, LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and develop a team of electricians on site in Boise, Idaho. You will distribute workload, provide technical support, and ensure electrical systems meet safety and reliability standards while supporting construction and maintenance input for projects.

You will coach staff, conduct performance reviews, plan workloads, and collaborate with global teams to minimize outages and optimize energy use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years directly related to medium and low voltage systems.
• Ability to directly manage a team of employees and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of design practices and inter-related disciplines.
