Qualifications

• 5-10 years in construction management, with 3-5 years directly supervising utility-scale solar projects.
• Electrical experience required.
• Willingness to travel with a 5 week on-site rotation.
• Proven track record managing field crews, equipment and logistics across expansive sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on industrial solar farms while adhering to codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate equipment, materials and logistics across large solar sites.
• Oversee on-site safety practices and project execution to meet schedule and quality goals.
