Engineered Structures Inc. is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical activities on construction projects in the Meridian/Boise area. This hands-on leadership role requires ensuring installations meet NEC standards, safety regulations, and project specs.

The role involves supervising electricians, coordinating resources, and maintaining a safety-first, quality-focused environment across multiple sites, including travel to other states as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training in electrical work is required.
• Valid electrician license or certification issued by a recognized authority.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrician, with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Proven experience as Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Supervise and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and training.
• Enforce a safety-first culture and regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control procedures for electrical installations.
• Coordinate resources with project managers to meet requirements.
• Foster clear communication among team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Address and resolve technical issues during construction with the project team.
• May travel to Boise area sites or other states; rotating work schedules.
