Apogee Architectural Metals seeks a Manager, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to lead our Wisconsin site EHS strategy, programs, and culture. This role partners with site leadership, Operations, HR, Maintenance, Quality, Corporate EHS, and Segment EHS to reduce risk and strengthen accountability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Environmental Science or related field, CSP or CIH certification, and 5+ years of manufacturing EHS leadership, with proven ability to drive strategic

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• CSP, CIH, or other relevant EHS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site EHS strategy deployment, programs, and culture.
• Develop and execute a multi-year EHS roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive implementation of strategic EHS initiatives with clear priorities and measures.
• Partner with site leadership to identify risks and strengthen ownership for safety and environmental performance.
• Advise plant leadership and integrate EHS into business, operations, and capital planning.
• Build partnerships across all levels to foster shared accountability for EHS performance.
• Coach leaders to sustain a high-performance safety culture.
