Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals seeks an experienced Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to lead the site’s EHS strategy, programs, and culture in alignment with Apogee EHS priorities. You will partner with site leadership, Operations, HR, Maintenance, Quality, and Corporate EHS to reduce risk and improve performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, CSP or CIH certification, and 5+ years of manufacturing EHS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• CSP or CIH certification.
• 5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site EHS strategy deployment, programs, and culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local requirements.
• Manage incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Track EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement across Operations and HR.
