Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals, a segment of Apogee Enterprises, Inc., seeks a Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety to lead site EHS strategy, programs, compliance, and culture. You will partner with site leadership to reduce risk and drive a proactive safety culture across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include developing multi-year EHS roadmaps, ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance, managing environmental programs, and leading incident investigations with a focus on corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene.
• CSP, CIH, or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS strategy deployment and culture.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, state/local compliance.
• Manage environmental programs (waste, air, water, hazardous materials).
• Lead incident reviews and drive corrective actions.
