Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals in Wisconsin seeks a Manager, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to lead the site's EHS strategy, programs, compliance, and culture. This role partners with site leadership, Operations, HR, Maintenance, Quality, Corporate EHS, and Segment EHS to reduce risk and strengthen accountability across a manufacturing environment.

We value 5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing, with CSP/CIH certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• CSP, CIH, or other relevant EHS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS strategy deployment, programs, and culture aligned with priorities.
• Develop multi-year EHS roadmap and drive risk reduction.
• Partner with site leadership to identify risks and improve performance.
• Lead incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and communication programs.
• Track EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement.
