Amazon.com is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to act as the site safety champion and lead the Global WHS Program implementation. The role blends hands-on safety management with strategic planning to protect associates while sustaining productive operations at the Bristol, IN site.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, lead audits, and manage first aid and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years increasing responsibilities in WHS/env programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.
