Insight Global's client, a leading energy efficiency and renewable energy integrator, seeks a Construction Site EHS Manager for a Lebanon, IN project running through 2027. Role onsite M-F 7-4, with potential extension or transfer to another project.

You will adapt and oversee corporate EHS programs at construction sites to ensure regulatory compliance and a culture of safety. Responsibilities include inspecting sites, training personnel, investigating incidents, and coordinating with project

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of EHS experience in construction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Construction management experience as an EHS Manager.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• CSP or additional safety certifications.
• Experience with Procore.

Responsabilités

• Assess, enhance and enforce EHS policies for construction site operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and internal safety standards.
• Train site personnel on safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage environmental compliance including waste and spill prevention.
• Maintain safety documentation and records.
• Coordinate with project managers to integrate EHS into planning.
• Oversee PPE use, storage, and maintenance.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies and emergency response.
