Nation’s Finest is seeking a Site Director to lead a Veterans’ services site in person. You will oversee site operations, staff, budgets, and program activities while ensuring compliance with grants and contracts.

Reporting to the Residential Services Director or Supportive Services Director, you’ll drive funding initiatives and community partnerships. The role requires advanced leadership, budgeting, and proposal-writing skills, with a Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; or commensurate experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required or commensurate experience with 10 years in related field.
• Experience in organizational management, budgeting, and staff supervision.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site services, and manage projects and partnerships.
• Develop and submit funding proposals; identify new funding sources.
• Ensure grant/contract compliance and accurate reporting.
• Develop and monitor site budget and expenditures.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Collect and evaluate client statistics; prepare funder reports.
• Educate officials about Nation’s Finest programs and needs of veterans.
• Advocate for veterans and advise on policy development.
• Engage in local networking and community collaboration.
• Develop outreach programs to engage veterans and meet outcome goals.
• Act as site spokesperson for media in collaboration with Communications.
• Collaborate with state and local agencies; participate on local boards.
• Additional duties as assigned
