Job summary

Nation's Finest is seeking a Site Director to manage a Veterans’ services site in Carson City, NV. This role oversees personnel, contracts, budgets, and all program activities, reporting to senior leadership.

The Site Director drives funding development, ensures compliance, and coordinates outreach with community partners. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field or commensurate experience, with at least 5 years of organizational leadership, budgeting, and staff

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree (preferred) or commensurate experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required or commensurate experience as defined by 10 years in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site services, design and implement projects, and manage relationships with community partners.
• Develop and submit funding proposals; identify new funding sources to expand services; write proposals.
• Ensure compliance with grant and contract requirements and prepare accurate reports.
