Nation’s Finest in Sacramento seeks a Site Director to oversee a site’s programs, staff, budgets and compliance. You will lead funder proposals, ensure grant reporting, and maintain strong partnerships with community agencies.

The role reports to the Residential Services Director or Supportive Services Director, with a focus on veterans’ housing, health and employment programs. In-person work is required at the site.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizational management, budgeting and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of laws and ethics in behavioral health services.
• Experience with government and non-profit employment, training, housing programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site services, design and implement projects, and manage partnerships.
• Develop funding proposals, research new sources, and submit applications.
• Ensure compliance with grant/contract requirements and reporting.
• Maintain site budget and track expenditures to balance programs.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop staff; run regular trainings.
