Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead a school-based before or after school program, supervise Youth Leaders and Vendors, ensure safety, program quality, and administrative duties, and partner with school staff.

The role emphasizes staff development, ongoing trainings, completing Site Coordinator Academy within the first year, and representing the organization professionally in all interactions, with in-person work at a school site.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Age requirements: 18+ (21+ for some sites).
• Must have 48 college units or a college degree or pass ESSA test.
• Experience with children preferred; volunteer counts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Youth Leaders and Vendors.
• Plan, implement, and administer program activities.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Complete required trainings and Site Coordinator Academy in first year.
• Maintain administrative tasks and staff payroll hours alignment.
