You will lead clinical operations teams, oversee budgeting, recruitment, and study execution, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research experience with site leadership.
• Experience as Site Director or similar.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP.
• Proven ability to lead and develop clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy clinical research site.
• Own site performance, productivity, quality, and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical research and operational teams.
• Oversee study start-up, recruitment, execution, and close-out.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
• Support business development and site growth.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, SOPs.
• Maintain a culture of accountability and patient safety.
