Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, study execution, enrollment, and performance across inpatient and outpatient clinical trials.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, Laboratory Technicians, and other site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA regulations, study protocols, and site SOPs while maintaining high-quality research practices.
• Monitor site budgets, financial performance, study metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a key point of contact for sponsors, monitors, investigators, and network leadership.
• Identify operational challenges, mitigate risks, and implement strategies to improve enrollment, screening quality, and overall site performance.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of clinical research people-management experience, with experience leading teams of approximately 5 or more employees.

Site Director, Clinical Operations:

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of clinical research people-management experience, experience leading larger multidisciplinary teams, site-network operational experience, and clinical research financial experience.
