You will work with investigators and cross-functional teams to meet milestones, budgets, and deliver high-quality data to sponsors.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage staff, training, and risk mitigation across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent education and experience in clinical research.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, with 2+ years in management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, electronic health records, and web-based tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience in site management, including KPI tracking, hiring, and performance reviews.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to organizational needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site management efforts focusing on performance, efficiency, and compliance with GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Coordinate with department leaders to meet study milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor site and patient activities using dashboards to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee resource allocation, site assignments, and team performance to meet study objectives.
• Conduct training sessions on protocols, SOPs, and clinical guidelines to ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage site staff, including recruitment, performance reviews, and training for optimal operations.
• Develop corrective action plans to address compliance and operational risks.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure patient safety and study success.
• Participate in organizational meetings and contribute to strategic planning and execution.
