Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Site Director to manage the site’s overall operations, budgets, and clinical trial conduct in accordance with ICH GCPs.

You will oversee staffing, feasibility, recruitment, and regulatory compliance while ensuring patient safety and data integrity. You will lead cross-functional teams, align with sponsors and CROs, and drive operational excellence to accelerate trial timelines across site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Extensive clinical management experience in clinical research.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, budget, and study targets.
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCPs and Velocity SOPs.
• Lead patient recruitment strategies and site staffing plans.
• Coordinate with Sponsors, CROs, and IRBs as needed.
• Develop relationships with external healthcare providers to aid recruitment.
