Manatal is seeking a Site Development Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in site development and civil construction markets. This role focuses on building relationships with various stakeholders to ensure success in project pursuits.

The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a background in site development. The position comes with a yearly salary range of $70k to $85k, plus benefits, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business development within construction, especially site development.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction and project lifecycle within civil/site work.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and project documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players.
• Lead the proposal and bidding process.
• Research market trends and project pipelines.
• Attend industry events to generate leads.
• Provide reports on business development activities.
