Job summary

Bohler's Nashville, TN office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn and grow. You will work with engineers, designers, and project managers on land development projects, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

You will gain hands-on experience, with mentorship from experienced engineers and access to Bohler's Learning & Development programs to advance your technical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not yet proficient)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• EIT certification is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities and stormwater management.
• Learn every stage of site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts and grading plans.
• Research design manuals and jurisdictional regulations.
• Support preparation of stormwater reports and submittals.
• Participate in Bohler Learning & Development programs.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams.
• Engage with professional and business organizations to build your network.
