Brooklyn College Community Partnership (BCCP) seeks a Temporary Site Coordinator to lead a DYCD-funded Compass middle school program from Oct 2026 to Feb 2027. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and support youth development aligned with school-day learning.

You will recruit and enroll students, maintain records, and ensure compliance with NYC DOE, DOHMH, DYCD, and SACC requirements, while partnering with families and school personnel.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in child development, elementary education, physical education, or related field; plus 2 years of direct experience with children under 13.
• NYS Children’s Program Administrator Credential with 2 years child-care supervisory experience.
• SACC Credential or equivalent for school-age development with 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years of college with 18 credits in Child Development or related field and 2 years of direct experience with children under 13.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and implement age-appropriate educational, SEL, and recreational activities.
• Manage student recruitment, enrollment, attendance, and communication with parents and school staff.
• Supervise staff, coach, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with school administrators and community partners on program initiatives and events.
• Design activities that promote youth social, emotional, and physical well-being in line with school-day learning.
