Job summary

Heraeus Medevio in White Bear Lake, MN seeks a Site Controller to lead the finance team and own all site financial data. You will provide GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decisions, while ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.

The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing controlling experience, and excellence in Excel, SAP, and BI tools. Onsite position with a competitive compensation package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience at site level manufacturing.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site finance team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and analyze timely financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in GAAP.
• Collaborate with site management, sales, and other functions to build annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor costs, approve expenses, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and profitability.
• Maintain strong internal controls and safeguard assets across the site.
