Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Site Controller for the Woodridge, MN site. You will lead FP&A for the Woodridge and oversee Plymouth and Caguas sites, driving financial strategy, controls, and performance reporting.

The role reports to the SH Structural Heart division leadership and requires strong oversight of manufacturing costing and internal controls. Responsibilities include consolidations, budget planning, and providing financial counsel to site leadership across operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with accounting/finance major
• Minimum ten years experience in FP&A with finance leadership managing a large manufacturing site or group of sites
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and SAP
• Experience leading and developing teams and establishing internal controls (SOX)

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counsel and direction to site leadership for all functional areas (Ops/Manufacturing/Eng./QA/Supply Chain/R&D)
• Lead development, consolidations, analysis, and publication of LBE forecasts and monthly financial statements
• Direct the Ops Finance SH department and supervise staff, with talent development
• Oversee cost accounting including budgets, product costing, variance analysis, forecasting
• Coordinate monthly closes and year-end financial information packages; ensure adherence to due dates
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance across the site
