Job summary

Heraeus Medevio in White Bear Lake, MN, is seeking a Site Controller to manage all financial data for internal and external users. You will lead the site finance team, drive GAAP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in financial management, accounting, or related roles; Assistant Controller level or equivalent.
• Multi-year experience in manufacturing controlling at a site level with shop floor exposure.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP systems (prefer SAP); databases and MS PowerPoint; BI tools a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to plan, structure and execute complex tasks.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; leadership abilities.
• Experience in developing and leading finance teams; driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team at the site.
• Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Collaborate with site management, sales, and other functions to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and control costs; identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision making and profitability.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and safeguard assets.
• Collaborate across Medevio to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Other duties as required.
