Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent – Mission Critical to lead on-site operations and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across complex facilities.

The role requires coordinating with project teams, managing subcontractors, and safeguarding project commitments from start to finish. You will oversee daily logs, safety programs, and closeout activities while fostering client satisfaction and site teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial construction.
• Experience with a general contractor and tenant renovations.
• Proficiency with project software and office suite.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site workflow per project schedule, safety and quality standards.
• Lead site staff and subcontractors, communicating priorities to promote project goals.
• Maintain daily field logs, punch list and closeout with owner/architect.
• Collaborate with the project manager to formulate and monitor schedules and methods.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
