Harnden Construction Services, LLC in the Ft. Meade, MD area (also serving Chambersburg, PA) seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to lead earthwork and underground utility projects.

You will supervise site crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule adherence. Candidates should demonstrate prior supervisory experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to manage budgets and client communications.

Qualifications

• OSHA or safety certifications preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers) and GPS use.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Supervise project personnel to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Maintain safety compliance per OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate manpower/equipment with General Superintendent and order materials as needed.
• Maintain project documentation on safety, hours, and production.
