Job summary

LVI Associates in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Underground Utility Superintendent to oversee complex water, sewer, storm drain, and site utility installations on major heavy civil projects.

The role demands strong field leadership, the ability to read and interpret civil drawings, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate materials and equipment, and partner with Project Managers, inspectors, and clients to maintain safety, schedule, and project quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in utility construction.
• Strong background in water, sewer, and storm drain installation.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
• Experience with site development and heavy civil projects.
• OSHA certification preferred.
