Harnden Construction Services, LLC in Ft. Meade, MD is seeking an experienced laborer to join the crew. The role involves performing duties in a utility capacity and shifting between tasks under supervisor direction on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills including rate, ratio and percent; ability to read bar graphs.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Problem solving and PPE usage knowledge.
• Must meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Adhere to OSHA and site safety policies.
• Acquire tools needed for daily operations.
• Measure distances and set up forms and grade lines.
• Bolts, aligns, and sets up forms; assist with paving and pipe work.
• Direct equipment operators to ensure alignment and grading accuracy.
• Assist with backfilling, cutting saws, and pipe installations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
